POLICIES

Booking & Service Policy

***** Please Read Carefully Before Booking Your Trip *****

Your time and our time are very important to us. We kindly ask you to review and follow the policies below.

1. Safety & Privacy

We value your personal information and are committed to protecting it. All client data is handled securely and accessible only to authorized management personnel.

2. Booking Requirements

  • Sedan (Berline): Minimum 3 hours’ notice required

  • SUV & Stretch Limousines: Minimum 24 hours’ notice required

Bookings are only confirmed once accepted by our administration.

3. Quotation Policy

All quotations issued by GZH Limousine INC are valid only when confirmed in writing.
We accept booking confirmations via:

  • Email

  • Website form

  • Text message

  • Fax

Verbal bookings over the phone are less recommended.

4. Pricing

Quoted prices may vary depending on:

  • Service type

  • Location

  • Date & time

  • Special circumstances

Any changes will always be communicated and must be approved by the client in advance.

5. Lost Items

We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the vehicle.
However, we will attempt to recover and hold items for a limited time for regular clients.

  • Please check your seat before leaving the vehicle

  • A delivery fee will apply if items need to be returned

6. Contracts (Events & Corporate Services)

For enterprise services or special events, a formal contract must be signed in person to ensure all requirements are properly covered.

 

7. Payment & Credit Card Policy

  • A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations

  • Charges are processed after the trip is completed

  • Corporate accounts may follow separate billing arrangements as outlined in their contracts

8. Vehicle Rules

  • All vehicles are 100% non-smoking

  • Alcohol is not permitted, except for pre-approved special events (e.g., weddings, proms) in stretch limousines

9. Health & Safety Measures

  • Masks may be required depending on current health guidelines

  • Hand sanitizer is recommended before entering the vehicle

  • Additional protective items may be available upon request

Additional Fees & Conditions

10. No-Show Fee

A no-show fee will be charged if the client does not appear for a confirmed booking without prior cancellation.

11. Cancellation Policy

  • Sedan: No fee if cancelled at least 3 hours in advance

  • SUV & Stretch Limousines: No fee if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance

Late cancellations may incur charges.

12. Waiting Time Fees

Airport Pickups

  • International & U.S. arrivals: 45 minutes free waiting time

  • Domestic (Canada): 30 minutes free waiting time

Home / Office Pickups

  • Driver arrives 10–15 minutes early

  • Includes 15 minutes free waiting time

  • After that:

    • Charged in 30-minute increments (for delays up to 30 minutes)

    • Hourly rate applies for longer delays

13. Service Modifications

Drivers are not authorized to modify bookings.

For any changes (destination, stops, or additional services), you must contact our administration directly.
Additional charges may apply.

14. Exceptions

Only LimoServ management reserves the right to make exceptions to the above policies.

Corporate (Enterprise) Accounts

Corporate clients must:

  • Sign a formal agreement with management

  • Assign a single point of contact for all bookings

  • Submit each reservation by email only, including:

    • Passenger name(s)

    • Contact details

    • Vehicle type

    • Date & time

    • Pickup & destination

  • Designate an authorized person for changes

  • Provide a company credit card

Billing terms (e.g., monthly invoicing) will be defined in the contract.
